brets.tech is operated by Brets Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India with its office at Metro Pillar No. 366, Nelson Mandela Street, Koonamthai, Edapally, Kochi — 682024, Kerala. "We" and "us" on this page mean that company. BRETS Tech is a trading name of it, not a separate legal entity.
What this page covers
These terms govern your use of this website and the enquiry form on it. They do not govern any project we carry out for you. The terms of an engagement — scope, price, timeline, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability and termination — are set out in the written agreement signed for that engagement, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this website.
Information on this site
The descriptions of services, capabilities and deployment options here are provided in good faith and are kept current, but they are descriptions rather than offers. No price is published on this site; any figure quoted to you comes in a written scope document and applies only to the scope that document describes. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
The demos
Demonstration consoles reachable from this site are provided for evaluation. Do not put live personal data, payment details or anything confidential into a demo: it is a shared evaluation environment, it may be rebuilt, and access details may have been shared with others. We accept no liability for data entered into a demo.
Using the enquiry form
Submit accurate information and only information you are entitled to share. Do not use the form to send unsolicited marketing, malicious content or anything unlawful. We may decline any enquiry without giving a reason.
Confidentiality of what you send us
We treat the contents of an enquiry as confidential and do not share it outside the people who need to read it to reply. If you want a formal non-disclosure agreement before describing your idea in detail, say so in your first message and we will send one. Until an NDA is in place, please do not send anything you could not bear to have read.
Our content
The text, design, code and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, print and share the pages. You may not copy the content to present it as your own, and you may not use our name, marks or the names of the platforms described here to imply an association that does not exist.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee it, and we may change or remove pages at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
