Technology department of Brets Pvt Ltd
You have the idea.
We are the technology half of it.
Most good businesses never get built because the person who understands the customer cannot write the software, and the person who writes the software does not want to run a business. BRETS Tech is the second half — product, engineering, launch, growth, company formation, payments and funding readiness, carried together until the company can stand on its own.

What we do
Four ways this usually starts
Idea to funded
Startup Studio
You have the idea, the market and the customers. We are the technical half — product, build, launch, growth and the paperwork underneath it.
- Product definition and scope you can actually afford
- The build itself, on a stack that will not have to be thrown away
- Go-to-market, traction and the metrics investors ask for
- Company formation, compliance and payment rails, India and abroad
Already built
ERP & CRM
A working ERP and CRM you can open right now — then shaped to how your business actually runs, on our servers or on your own.
- Live demo, no call and no form first
- HR, payroll, attendance, tasks, expenses, assets
- Leads, pipeline, calling desk, follow-ups and conversions
- Shared SaaS, your own domain, or a dedicated server
Large and custom
Enterprise Applications
Systems that carry a whole organisation: many roles, many branches, real money moving through them, and an audit trail that holds up.
- Multi-tenant and multi-branch architecture
- Role-based access, approvals and audit logging
- Payment, accounting and government portal integrations
- Migration off spreadsheets and off software you have outgrown
Work that runs itself
AI & Automation
The repetitive half of the working day, handed to software: drafting, sorting, answering, scoring, scheduling and reporting.
- AI features inside your own product, not a chatbot bolted on
- Document, image and video pipelines
- Lead scoring, routing and automatic follow-up
- Reports that arrive instead of being asked for
Idea to funded
Everything a startup needs, named
Shape the idea
We turn the idea into a scope: what the first version does, what it deliberately does not do, what it costs and how long it takes. You leave with a written plan you could hand to anybody.
Company and compliance
Private limited, LLP or OPC in India; LLC, Ltd or a holding structure abroad. GST, DPIIT startup recognition, trademarks, founder agreements and ESOP structure — decided before they become expensive to fix.
Build the product
A real application, not a prototype. Written on a mainstream stack so that any competent team can take it over, with your code in your repository from the first commit.
Payments and money
Razorpay, Stripe, Cashfree, UPI collections and automated payouts, wired and tested against live credentials — including the settlement, refund and reconciliation paths that are what actually break.
Go to market
Positioning, pricing, the launch itself, SEO that is built into the pages rather than added afterwards, paid acquisition, content and the CRM your first conversations land in.
Traction and systems
Analytics that answer a question, a business management system for operations and money, and a weekly number you can repeat to anyone who asks how it is going.
Funding readiness
A data room that is complete: cap table, financial model, metrics with their definitions written down, a deck, a demo that survives questions, and technical due diligence you will pass.
Already built
An ERP and a CRM you can open right now
Demo
FreeA complete, working console with sample data, open right now. Enter your own data and it stays — the demo is not wiped nightly, because evaluating an ERP takes a week.

Questions
Asked by everyone, answered plainly
I have an idea but no technical background at all. Where do we start?
With a conversation and then a written scope. You describe the business; we work out what software it needs, what the first version should contain, what it costs and how long it takes. Nothing is built until you have that document and agree with it. You do not need to know what a database is, and you will never be asked to choose one.
Who owns the code?
You do. The repository is in your company’s account from the first commit, not handed over at the end, and the stack is deliberately mainstream — Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL — so any competent team can take it over. A studio that keeps the code hostage is selling you a dependency, not a product.
What does it cost?
It is quoted per project, because a two-week integration and a two-year platform are not the same purchase and a single published price would be wrong for almost everybody. What you get before committing is a written scope with a fixed price and a delivery date for that scope. Ask with a short description of the business and you get a number, not a brochure.
Can you register the company and handle compliance too?
Yes, in India and internationally. Private limited, LLP and OPC incorporation, GST, DPIIT startup recognition, trademark filing, founder agreements and ESOP structure; abroad, the holding structure and the local entity that suits where your customers and your investors actually are. It is part of the Studio engagement rather than a separate vendor you have to manage.
Do you do marketing, or only the building?
Both, because they fail together. A product with no go-to-market does not get used, and campaigns pointed at a product that is not ready waste the budget. Positioning, pricing, launch, technical SEO, paid acquisition, content and the CRM your enquiries land in are part of the same engagement.
We already run a business. Can you replace our spreadsheets?
That is what the ERP and CRM are for, and you can open a full working demo right now without speaking to anybody. If it fits, you get your own tenant; if it nearly fits, it is customised to how you actually work; if your business is unusual enough, we build the system around it instead.
How do I know you can actually build this?
Open what we have already built. ANOQR, LangVR and BRETS English Academy are live platforms built and operated in-house, with payments, media pipelines, multi-tenant consoles and mobile apps between them. They are ordinary URLs and you can inspect all of them without asking us for permission.
Will you sign an NDA before I describe my idea?
Yes, and we will send one rather than making you write it. Ideas are also rarely the valuable part — execution is — but that is a comfortable thing for the people building to say and not for the person with the idea, so the document exists.
Tell us what the business does. We will tell you what it needs.
A short description is enough to start. You get a written scope with a fixed price and a delivery date before anything is built, and an NDA first if you want one.
