Who is responsible

What we collect, and only when you send it
If you use the enquiry form we receive the name, email address, phone number, company name, subject of interest, budget band and message that you type into it. That is all. We do not ask for or store payment details on this domain, and there is no account to create.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry and to carry on the conversation that follows. The lawful basis is your request: you asked us to get in touch. We do not add enquiry addresses to a marketing list, and we do not send newsletters from this domain.
Where it goes
Into our own customer relationship management system, hosted on our infrastructure, where it is visible to the people who handle enquiries. An alert may also be emailed to the team so a message is not missed. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers and not passed to anyone outside the company except where a service we use to run the system unavoidably processes it — our cloud hosting and our email provider.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not become a project is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, because a conversation that restarts a year later is common in this business. Records relating to an actual engagement are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
Cookies and tracking
These pages are served as static content and do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store technical items needed for the page to work. If you sign in to a console from this domain, a session cookie is set for that purpose and for no other.
What we never do with what you tell us
We do not use the substance of your enquiry — your idea, your numbers, your customers — for any purpose other than replying to you and doing the work. It is not used as an example, not shown to another client, and not published. If you want that in a signed document, ask for an NDA in your first message.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will act on it within 30 days. A deletion request is honoured unless we are legally required to keep the record, in which case we will tell you which record and why.
Security
Traffic to this site and to our API is encrypted in transit. Access to the CRM is restricted to staff accounts with individual logins and is recorded. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears here with a new date below.
