Describe the business. Not the software.

You do not need to know what you want built, and you do not need a specification. A few sentences about what the business does and what is in the way is enough to get back a written scope with a price and a date.

Used to route the enquiry, not to price it. “Not sure” is a normal answer.

We use this only to reply to you. It is not added to a mailing list and it is not shared. Ask for an NDA in the message and one is sent before you describe anything further.

What happens next

  1. 01It lands in our CRM, not an inbox — so it is assigned rather than noticed.
  2. 02Somebody replies the same working day, usually with a question or two.
  3. 03A short call about the business, not the software. Free.
  4. 04A written scope with a fixed price and a date. Also free, and yours to keep.
