Refunds & Cancellations Policy

1. Overview

At ANOQR - Apex Network of Opportunity, Quality and Results, we are committed to providing high-quality services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed.

2. Internship Programs

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment.
• No content, lessons, or course materials must have been accessed.
• Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

• If any course content has been accessed or downloaded.
• If more than 7 days have passed since enrollment.
• If the internship certificate has been issued.

3. Courses & Learning Programs

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
• Less than 20% of course content must have been completed.

Non-Refundable Cases

• If more than 20% of the course has been completed.
• If the course completion certificate has been issued.
• If the course was purchased using promotional/discounted pricing.

4. Membership Plans

Refund Policy

• Membership fees are non-refundable once activated.
• Upgrades between tiers are non-refundable.
• Unused membership periods are forfeited upon cancellation.

5. Franchisee Applications

• Application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• This applies to National, State, District, and Regional franchise applications.

6. ANOQR Scholarship Exam

The ANOQR Scholarship Exam is conducted by ANOQR in association with Brets Pvt Ltd (BRETS English Academy, Kochi). The exam fee shown on the registration page is paid to ANOQR.

• The exam fee is not refundable once the exam has been started.
• A completed payment that did not show as confirmed is confirmed automatically within a few minutes. If money was debited but the payment never completed, the bank returns it, usually within 5–7 working days.
• If a technical fault on our side stops an exam, contact us; we may reset the attempt so the student can sit again.

7. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

To cancel a service or request a refund:

1. Email us at support@anoqr.com
2. Include your order ID, email address, and reason for cancellation.
3. Our team will respond within 48 hours.

Processing Time

• Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

• Credit/Debit Cards
• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Net Banking
• Wallets

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
